About Clare

I’ve been helping people build strength, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies for over 20 years—but my approach has been shaped by both experience and real life.

As a former Division 1 soccer player at the University of Michigan, I learned early on what it means to train with purpose and push your limits. Today, I still stay active through tennis, golf, strength training, and anything that keeps me moving and challenged.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from youth and high school athletes to adults who want to get stronger, move better, and stay active for the long run. My coaching experience includes time at Life Time and Alloy Personal Training, along with running my own private training studio since 2016.

What matters most is this: every body is different—and every season of life brings new challenges.

Like many of my clients, I’ve dealt with injuries and setbacks, and I understand how frustrating it can be when your body isn’t cooperating the way it used to. That’s why my focus is on building strength, improving movement, and creating a plan that works with your life—not against it.

I don’t believe in extremes or quick fixes. I believe in smart, effective training, consistent habits, and helping you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body again.

Whether you’re getting back into a routine, training for performance, or simply want to feel like yourself again, my goal is to give you a clear path forward—and the support to stick with it.

Outside the gym, I’m a mom of three and spend as much time as possible staying active with my family—whether that’s on the tennis court, the golf course, or out on the trails.
